On 1/27/2008, we received the following email granting permission:
To those at the live music archive,
My name is John Baier, lead guitarist for the "Baier Cellar Band". We are a jam band from Ohio and would like to have our band added to the live music archive. We play original music and some covers, but thrive on live performances and creating a unique experience at each event. We would love to make our live performances available, and have enjoyed other artists recordings posted on the live music archive. We have no restrictions on who could post our bands shows at this time, and we are fine with any format or recording source. We expect to post some of our own live recordings as well.
